Ann went for a walk down the road to try to find a fabric shop this morning. I didn't really find the shop, well I found a shop, but they didnt have much dress fabric. When I asked did they have patterns he said..umm..No..(obviously he didn't speak English).However I was able to find the other things on the list, whch was good.
This flower looked a beautiful picture as I walked past.
Liam had his first subway ride this afternoon. He was very good, but while we were at the doctor's waiting room, his eyes were Wide Open!
There was a great view of the Hudson River out the window.
Dad and Liam are getting on well and enjoy hanging out together.
It is amazing how much baby Liam has learnt in one week. He already knows which of us the food comes from, and does tend to have a preference for her at this stage. Last week he didn't seem to mind whose arms he slept in!

You sound like you live a very interesting life, going to Australia to visit your daughter. I live in Australia and go half way round the world to see my daughter in New York! I am presently there helping them, after the birth of their first baby! Annie
