A few odd shots

After driving past the ekka the other day
I had to wake up early the next day and drive out past this famous place to the
airport, where in a blaze of morning sunrise glory,
and going upstairs because of a delay
and waiting patiently, fortunately not in the one spot with a clipboard,

I was able to see this plane taxi in,

and these lovely people arrive....
and then in the afternoon, we drove to Toowoomba, with a rest stop beside the road at Gatton, for a change of back seat drivers...oops I meant baby minders.
After brekky this morning, and a fairly disturbed sleep night last night,
someone who is getting married soon popped in to where we are staying,
and then she and Jo and the baby and I went down to the shops

opposite these beautiful places....
the Anglican church and hall in Ruthven St.
Toowoomba really is a cross roads of sorts isn't it?
We are just up the road from St David's...
and near this lovely cottage....
and down the road from this lovely climbing rose on my afternoon walk this afternoon,
and a lovely sunset to photograph.
Hopefully there will be more soon...I am very tired and have to go to bed. The others are all in bed and fast asleep already. I do hope they get a little better sleep tonight than last night.
