back home to tropical Queensland
Aunty Margaret comes to visit in between her minding grandchildren and fossicking on the gem fields with friends, via Emerald at the end of the week...
the grandchildren come to visit and we all go out to dinner to meet up with John and Wendy

then we went off to the art gallery
walked through past all the water
and pelicans
and the Torres Straight Island exhibits...Miss Four pointed them out
past the lovely fountains...how pretty
over we go to the Gallery of Modern Art
art in sardine cans
some strange hand sculptures
a view of the city and bridges
with plenty of activities for the children
they really enjoyed making all these sculptures...
they could even take a photo of the finished work, and email it to themselves...
I loved Miss Four's sense of symmetry, above
"Our Heads are round to allow our thoughts to change direction"
a last look as we exit
and straight home,
where we jump straight into other activities
and say goodbye again...safe travel...love you all, thanks for visiting Grandma.
